This usually happens when the target name field was left empty or filled in incorrectly. Before generating, make sure you enter the exact name of the person you want to analyse as it appears in the conversation.

All payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. You are charged once per psychological portrait. If something went wrong during processing, you are automatically refunded.

Each psychological portrait analyses one person per transaction. To analyse a different person from the same conversation, generate a new portrait with that person's name in the target field.
