By accessing or using Portraitor (the "Service"), operated by Project Fifty4 ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We may update these Terms; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Portraitor analyses a conversation export (such as a WhatsApp or Telegram chat) and generates a reflection on communication patterns, attachment tendencies, and conversational dynamics. The analysis is performed by Google Gemini. It is designed for reflecting on your own side of a conversation.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Portraitor. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
Some features require signing in with your Google account. You're responsible for keeping your account secure, providing accurate information, and not using anyone else's account without permission.

Portraitor is a one-off purchase — no subscription, no auto-renewal. Prices are shown before you confirm, and payment is taken before your Portrait is generated. Payments are processed by Stripe, subject to Stripe's terms.
14-day guarantee: if your Portrait doesn't show you something you didn't already know, email us within 14 days of purchase at hello@portraitor.ai and we'll refund you — no questions asked.
Your content: you keep ownership of the conversation you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service. Your Portrait: the analysis we return is yours to use for personal purposes; we claim no ownership of it. Our Service: the design, code, and branding of Portraitor belong to Project Fifty4 and are protected by law.
The Service relies on third-party AI (Google Gemini). You acknowledge that:
Portraitor is for reflection only. It is not a substitute for psychological, psychiatric, medical, legal, financial, or relationship counselling, diagnosis, or treatment. Don't rely on it for important life decisions.
If you're experiencing a mental-health difficulty, a relationship crisis, or any situation where professional help is needed, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost data, emotional distress, relationship outcomes, or decisions made based on a Portrait. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Portrait that gave rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Project Fifty4 and its team from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of anyone's rights, the content you submit, or actions you take based on a Portrait.
We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. On termination, your right to use the Service stops, and clauses that should survive (liability, indemnification, governing law) continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where permitted by law, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration, and you agree to waive participation in class actions. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Project Fifty4 regarding the Service and replace any prior understandings.
